My Oven Roasted Spring Chicken, was excellently cooked to perfection, meat was moist, tender too nicely flavored alongside dark-brown juice. Very good!
My friends had pasta, Seafood Aglio Olio which was an all fourth dimension favorite dish from TCC, and Clack & Clams Crayfish Pasta, lavished alongside generous amount of infant crayfish too fresh clams. Both were a hitting alongside their diners.
